This aircraft was totally refurbished at Aircraft Innovations and is exceptionally clean. Almost all components were rebuilt or are new. NEW (not overhauled gyros). New windows, very nice paint and interior. Very low hour FACTORY new (Reman) engine. This aircraft has been updated with the �EP� dynamically dampened engine which eliminates all prop operating restrictions, including recurrent eddy current inspections. This was essentially a new aircraft when the current owner bought it in 2010. It has flown around 300 hours in the Florida area last year (mostly by a Lake CFI) so all of the �bugs� have been worked out. This aircraft is in excellent working order..
