This is an extremely well equipped, meticulously maintained and
upgraded aircraft with only 1060 hours SINCE NEW. See extensive

exterior paint. Engine removed, overhauled (By Mattituck) and
reinstalled in 1998 because of inactivity. All engine and airframe
AD=s complied with. Aircraft has been in heated hanger since
1998 subsequent to painting. Aircraft involved in water accident
