OFFER POLICY

Most people, when selling their aircraft, will be receptive to a serious reasonable offer somewhat below asking price. This determines the true market value for the aircraft. Our policy is to present to the seller any serious offer a prospective purchaser might like to make. We don’t know, and we don’t ask, how desperate or willing the seller is to sell, so we don’t and won’t make any representation or suggestion about what the seller “might accept”.

To make an offer on any of the aircraft listed on our web site, it MUST be in legal form, and in writing, stating any conditions the prospective buyer may wish to include with his offer. It
MUST be accompanied by an earnest money deposit in the form of a certified check, or
equivalent, in the amount of at least 5% of the offered amount. The check should be made out to “AIRCRAFT INNOVATION”.

There are NO variations to this policy. If the offer does not include all of the above, it will NOT
be transmitted to the seller, and will be returned without comment from us.

If, after receiving the offer, the seller decides to accept it without modification, the offer will be
completely NON REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. At that point the buyer will have 30 calender days, or whatever is subsequently negotiated, to close on the sale of the aircraft, or he will forfeit the deposit.
